X-RAY inspection uses X-rays to penetrate an object and form an image on a detector. Internal defects—such as cold solder joints, voids, cracks, foreign objects and bridges—are identified based on the different absorption rates of X-rays by various materials. As a non-destructive testing method, it is widely used in electronics & semiconductors, SMT assembly, lithium batteries, automotive parts, die-cast components, food contaminant detection and medical implants.

Yes. We offer online X-RAY inspection systems (such as the AXST series) and online component counters that connect directly to conveyor lines, automatic loading/unloading and MES systems, enabling 24/7 unmanned automatic inspection, counting and sorting.
Accuracy depends on the model and magnification. Micro-focus systems can detect micron-level defects (such as tiny voids inside BGA solder joints). For an evaluation specific to your product, you are welcome to send us a sample; our engineers will test it and provide an inspection report.
